This signature blend coffee is created from a mixture of our Colombia, Guatemala, and Tanzania Single Origin coffees, which when roasted together creates an amazingly bold and smooth-tasting coffee with distinct flavor notes from all three Single Origin Coffees. It also exudes some mild acidity and a very clean body.

At Greg's Rockin' Goat Coffee we roast this to a medium roast to bring out the unique flavor profiles of the coffee for an outstanding cup
